What material is the Globinta Speed Jump Rope made of?

The rope has a 2.5 mm steel core with a robust, wear-resistant rubber coating. The handle is made of metal with a non-slip surface, and the swivel joint runs on a precision ball bearing for fast, smooth, and quiet rotation.

How do I adjust the correct rope length?

The length can be adjusted in seconds without tools using the snap fastener system on the handle. The self-locking mechanism reliably maintains the set length – practical if several people use the same rope in the gym.

Is a carrying bag included?

Yes, each jump rope comes with a carrying bag.

What is the total length of the rope?

300 cm including handles. This allows it to be adjusted to suit most body sizes.

Do you offer bulk discounts for gyms, clubs, or training groups?

Yes. For 3 ropes or more, there is a 10% discount; for 10 ropes or more, 15%; for 25 ropes or more, 20%; and for 50 ropes or more, 30%. Shipping is always free. For individual conditions on larger orders, please contact us via the contact form or office@globinta.com.

How do I care for my jump rope?

The rope is designed for robust continuous use and requires no special care. If necessary, wipe with a slightly damp cloth; refrain from aggressive cleaning agents to protect the rubber coating.

What types of socks does Globinta offer?

Globinta offers running socks, compression socks, and Globinta x Sportshouse designer socks – each designed for comfort and fit in sports.

How do I best care for my sports socks?

Wash at low temperatures and air dry. Avoid fabric softener, as it can impair the functionality of the materials.

What characterizes the anatomically optimized socks?

They are cut to fit snugly to the natural shape of the foot. This reduces friction and the risk of blistering during training.

Order & Shipping

How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

Jump ropes: up to 50 pieces within 2 business days; for larger quantities, by arrangement with the Globinta team.

Sports socks: usually 3–5 business days within Germany.

How can I return my order?

Returns are possible within 14 days of receipt, provided the items are unworn and in their original packaging. Please contact office@globinta.com for returns.

Can I change my order after purchase?

Subsequent changes are unfortunately not possible. If necessary, please contact office@globinta.com as soon as possible to cancel the order and place a new one.
